The DTC has provision of reservation of seats for senior citizens and has also emphasised the same for private Buses.

The Corporation issues monthly passes on 50% concession in all the routes to the commuters for its City Buses. Commuters willing to have DTC passes are required to fill up a FORM which is available absolutely free of cost at all pass-sections of DTC.

Kerala

Free pass to travel in state buses.

Older persons who were freedom fighters.

Maharashtra

50 % concession in Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) buses.

Older persons of 65 years and above. Document Needed: Age proof: Voter l-Card/Certificate from the Tehsildar.
