Free Legal Aid Center for Women and Senior Citizens:
Free legal services to the community in general and women and citizens as disadvantaged classes in particular, is provided by the Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College, Educational Complex, Erandwane, Paud Road, Pune-411038 in co-ordination with the faculty and students. By conducting Legal Aid Centre, the college which meets not only the clinical legal education demands of its students but also services the legal advocacy needs of the disadvantaged sections of the society.
The programmes of the Legal Aid Centre includes a number of projects directed towards legal awareness among different sections of the public orientation programmes for grass-root level women leaders, legal counseling to women and senior citizens and rendering assistance to Lok Adalats.
